About Mike

Education is very important to us. Both of us hold college degrees and have already started saving for whatever school Isabella chooses to attend.
Mike works as a financial analyst/planner. He loves his career but also finds time to do volunteer work. He organized a clothing drive for a local homeless shelter, collected goods for a food pantry and tutored children in a variety of subjects.
Mike's hobbies include playing his electric guitar, composing music and enjoying baseball (both playing and watching his favorite team). Mike enjoys being outdoors and loves taking Isabella to playgrounds. No matter what activity Isabella is doing, you will usually find Mike right in the middle playing alongside her.
A note about Michael by Joanna:
His smile, energy, and laugh light up my life. I cannot imagine my life without him. He is my first and only love, someone I can count on. He is my best friend. Mike is a wonderful father to Isabella. She lights up every time her daddy comnes home from work. He is totally involved-he changes diapers, feeds Isabella and plays all kinds of games with her. Mike is also very close with his family and loves spending time with his seven nephews.
About Isabella
Having Isabella in our lives is a dream come true. We were so blessed that we were chosen to be Isabella's parents and also given the honor to be in the delivery room for Isabella's birth. We were thrilled that we were able to welcome Isabella into the world together with her loving birth family. It is something that we will never forget.
Isabella has grown into such a happy, sweet, loving, caring little person. We know she will be a wonderful big sister by how she interacts with her cousins and her little friends. She definitely is a "little mommy", holding their hands, guiding her little cousins around, helping them when they fall, or playing and sharing her toys. Isabella loves to be around other children and also keeps asking for a brother or sister.
Every day is a new adventure with our little girl. She loves to explore the outdoors and help Daddy collect fall leaves outside, help mommy with gardening, or help with cooking in the kitchen. She loves to watch Mommy put her makeup on and wants to try some too!
The love we have for our daughter is like no other. Our hearts have so much love to share with another child. We are looking forward to raising both children and encourage them to be the best they can be : amazing, strong, confident, faithful, loving, and caring people.
About Joanna
Prior to becoming a stay-at-home mom, I worked in a hospital as an account representative. Although I enjoyed my job, being a stay-at-home mom is a dream come true. I have been there for all of Isabella's "firsts"-rolling over, sitting up, crawling, walking-and I will continue to be a stay-at-home mom for our next child. It is the best "job" I have ever had.
Some of my hobbies include gardening, baking (especially with my "little helper") and crafts of any kind. I have a great love for animals and volunteer for an animal rescue group.

From the moment I met Joanna, I knew she was a very special person. Her warmth, humor and laugh capture my heart. Once while we were out to dinner, our waitress said that we are like two peas in a pod-we are best friends and have the same positive outlook on life. Two parents who really love and adore each other make a house a home, and I can happily say that we have that kind of home. Joanna is patient, funny, understanding and loving, and she is an amazing stay-at-home mom. She plans all sorts of fun activities, such as play dates, outings to the park and mommy and me classes.
